The last few weeks have been quite sad. Four weeks ago my 10-year old prairie dog Mancha passed away. Then, 6 days ago my 14-year old flying squirrel Scalisti passed away. Some of you who remember me also remember these two. They're both in the rainbow bridge, joining all the other critters who passed. They are buried next to each other. If I was still living in my old place, Scalisti would have been buried next to his mate Orchid, who he proudly sired babies with. I wish I still had those babies, but all the ones that didn't die found new homes. I loved Scalisti and Mancha both; they were so cute and sweet and they will be missed.
